It started on film. A kid with a camera, captivated by the magic of freezing a single moment in time — the light, the feeling, the truth of it. That kid grew up in Tampa Bay, and that love never left him.
Over two decades, that passion took Jonathan Earl Ridgely through some of the most diverse corners of visual storytelling — from the red carpet of the Leather & Laces Super Bowl party, to editorial shoots, portrait studios, branding campaigns, corporate live broadcasts, and commercial productions. Every chapter added a new layer of skill, a new perspective, a new understanding of what it means to tell a story with a camera.
But weddings always called him back. Because weddings are the purest form of storytelling there is — real people, real emotion, real light, real love. And now, with twenty years of experience, an extraordinary team, and a vision unlike anything Tampa Bay has seen, Sunset Stories was born.
